Worn by me on my June 6 wedding, was professionally cleaned. Alterations: I had the designer line the bodice, originally on the runway part of the bodice was sheer. I also had the designer expand the cups to a size D. My tailor did very minimal alterations around the top of the dress to make it fit flush to my chest. Tailor also added three clear buttons/loops to make a bustle. Dress was hemmed - I am 5'2 but wore 4' heels.
